MANAGEMENT OF EVENTS AND SPORT FACILITIES

We work in the phases of planning, design, construction and operation of sports facilities. All sports project that impacts society requires planning, in the medium and long term, thinking about satisfying the future needs of the community. For this, we elaborated the market and feasibility studies in the first phases. Among other services, we conducted geodemographic segmentation studies through Sport Geomarketing, thereby helping to generate sales strategies or greater brand reach. For the exploitation phase, we designed the management structure and the strategic plan, as well as the advice in the generation of documents in bidding processes for the massive sporting events, in which the cities are running.

CITY BRANDING

We develop tourism management strategies using sport as a tool for the economic and social development of cities. We believe in the potential of sport to enhance the City Brand. For this, we seek to integrate the potential of the sport market with urban development plans for the attraction of sporting, cultural and corporate events.
